What coating systems hold up to hospital and lab cleaning chemistry?

Accepted Answer

Depends on what's being used on it. Tell us the disinfectants and cleaning frequency and we'll recommend a system that won't chalk, soften, or discolor. Guessing at this is how these finishes fail.

Can you refinish existing equipment rather than coat new?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Strip, prep, and recoat is common on equipment that's still mechanically sound but looks its age. We're highly skilled at body work to smooth out and dings or dents on these machines that are far too expensive to just replace.

Can you handle stainless components with a bead-blast finish?

Accepted Answer

Yes -- in a dedicated non-ferrous booth so no free iron ends up in the surface. Same booth that handles our food and pharmaceutical work.

DFT readings, batch records, and process documentation on request, handled by our in-house NACE Level 2 inspector.
