Aluminum, galvanized steel, cast iron, stainless. Each one needs different prep, different pretreatment, and a different cure window. We've coated all of them and we'll work with you to pick the right coating system.
High End Surface Prep
Most coating failures start with bad prep. We blast in-house with a variety of medias depending on the substrate and the finish requirement. Fresh white metal goes straight to powder.
Custom Racking
Unique parts often need unique solutions to get the best results. We're not afraid to build bespoke racks and fixtures around your part to minimize hook marks, maximize oven density, and pass along the savings.
Special Masking & Packaging
We get to know our customers' parts intimately -- which holes need plugged, which machined surfaces need high-temp tape, how to package for optimal transport, etc.
