Tanks, structural assemblies, and fabrications that won't fit in a typical paint booth. Regardless or size or weight, if you can ship it, we can paint it.
Standard Performance Paints
Epoxies, urethanes, zincs, and more -- We spray top-of-the-line systems on a daily basis for the Coast Guard, Army Corps, departments of transportation, and other customers that refuse to sacrifice performance.
High End Surface Prep
What's the use of high performance paint without the right prep? We blast in-house with a variety of medias depending on the substrate and the finish requirement.
Specialty Coatings
CARC / MIL-SPEC, Belzona®, coal tar, Xylan® and other fluoropolymers, high-temp silicones, anti-graffiti, fireproofing. If your spec calls for a specific product, we've probably sprayed it. If we haven't, we'll figure out how.
Inspection & Documentation
DFT readings, environmentals, holiday testing, adhesion pulls, batch records, NDT weld tests, and more available on request. Our in-house NACE Level 2 inspector can satisfy any QC requirements you might have.
