About Us
Blastco is an industrial finishing company in Wentzville, Missouri, serving manufacturers, fabricators, OEMs, distributors, and government customers throughout the St. Louis region and beyond.
Since 1989, we have provided abrasive blasting, powder coating, and industrial painting for everything from recurring production parts to large fabricated assemblies and specialized industrial projects.
Industrial Finishing Under One Roof
Our facility combines abrasive blasting, powder coating, and liquid industrial painting in one location. Keeping surface preparation and coating operations together allows us to control the process from the incoming part through final inspection.
Our equipment and processes are designed for a broad range of industrial work, including:
-
Large and heavy fabricated assemblies
-
Long pipe, tube, and structural components
-
Recurring OEM and production programs
-
Galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, and other substrates
-
Multi-coat and specification-driven coating systems
-
Specialty masking and racking
-
Inspection and coating documentation
-
Parts and assemblies that require blasting and coating in the same facility
We work with customers on both new production and refurbishment projects, from individual pieces to ongoing programs involving thousands of parts or feet of product.
Abrasive Blasting
We provide abrasive blasting for steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other substrates using a range of blast media and surface preparation standards. Work includes both general industrial preparation and specified surface profiles and cleanliness requirements.
Powder Coating
Our powder coating operation handles individual fabricated parts, large assemblies, long products, and recurring production runs. Multiple large curing ovens and overhead handling system allow us to process parts and product lengths beyond the capacity of many conventional powder coating lines.
Industrial Painting
We apply a wide range of industrial coating systems, including epoxies, urethanes, zinc-rich primers, high-temperature coatings, military-specification systems, fluoropolymers, and other specialty coatings.
